Creative Producer/Director

This is a hands on production role. You will take our scripts and bring them to life on ground, then work shoulder to shoulder with editors until every video is right. You own the process from the first location scout to the final export.

• Breaking down scripts line by line and turning them into a clear shot list, prop list, and location plan
• Scouting locations and arranging props before every shoot
• Hiring and managing video crews across different locations
• Coordinating shoot logistics, including food, travel, and stays
• Leading the shoot day itself, directing the crew and keeping production running smoothly
• Making sure footage is backed up and stored safely after every shoot
• Sitting with editors on Frame.io and giving detailed, ongoing feedback until a video is ready
• Hiring and coordinating freelancers when the creative vision needs extra hands
• Experimenting with AI tools to raise the quality of our shoots and cut down on time spent filming

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a professional production environment
• You understand video equipment, production workflows, and editing software well
• You can plan a shoot from scratch and think through every detail before the camera rolls
• You are comfortable traveling for shoots and managing everything that comes with being on location
• You can sit with an editor for hours and push a video until it actually feels right
• You want to build something meaningful, not just fill a production role
