Founder's Office - Outreach & Collaborations

Turn our most important work into headlines, conversations, and real-world change.

Subah and Harsh

We've spent years producing investigations that expose what is really inside your food. Undercover shoots at egg farms. Lab tests on packaged products. YouTube videos that have made people throw out their cooking oil, stop feeding their kids cereal, and question everything they thought was healthy. These videos change lives, but they rarely make it into a newspaper or a government meeting room. That changes with this role. Your job is to take our most important work and make sure it travels.

The scale you'll be part of

Satvic Movement reaches millions on YouTube. This role takes that work further, into newsrooms, institutions, and national discourse.

People on the team
  • Build a live network of journalists, editors, and producers across health media and mainstream national outlets who know our work and take our calls.
  • Write pitches and press angles sharp enough that a journalist can file a story the same day.
  • Get our investigations in front of government ministries, the UN, and mission-aligned NGOs who have the power to act on what we uncover.
  • Build a launch strategy for every major release so it breaks out of YouTube and into wider public discourse.
  • Watch the news cycle daily and spot the moments where our existing work is suddenly the most relevant thing in the room.
  • Make campaigns that take Satvic Movement out of its bubble, to collaborate with other creators, changemakers and thought-leaders.
  • Own the numbers. Placements secured, partnerships signed, institutions reached. Report directly to the founders every week.
  • You have 3 to 6 years of experience in PR, journalism, media, or communications and have the placements or partnerships to show for it.
  • You can write a pitch that gets opened at 8am by a journalist who gets 200 emails a day.
  • You know the difference between a good story and a newsworthy one, and you know how to turn the first into the second.
  • You care deeply about food, health, or public interest work. Not as a career angle. As a conviction.
  • You are ready to work directly with founders, take full ownership of outcomes, and move without waiting to be told.
  • You can commit fully in person at our Devanahalli office (located near Bangalore airport)
  • You want remote or hybrid. This role is fully in person at our Devanahalli headquarters.
  • You need a team, a budget, and a playbook before you can get started. None of those exist yet.
  • You are in exploration mode. We are looking for someone ready to build, not browse.
  • You don't care THAT much about health, wellness, spirituality, or similar values.
  • You are looking for a corporate "job" where you work 9-5. Satvic Movement is not that. We're a fast-paced, mission-driven, movement.
  • A seat in the Founder's Office with direct access to Harsh and Subah.
  • Work that is genuinely worth placing. Our investigations are original, rigorously researched, and cover topics that affect millions of people.
  • The chance to build this function from scratch and define what media and partnerships looks like for one of India's largest health movements.

Honestly, this role comes from a place of frustration. We put months into some of our investigations and they reach millions on YouTube, but they rarely make it into a single newspaper. We have always believed that the work we do has the power to change policy, shift public opinion, and hold industries accountable. We just have not had the right person to take it there. If that excites you as much as it excites us, let's talk.

Subah Saraf & Harshvardhan Saraf
Co-founders, Satvic Movement
From scratch. There is no existing playbook, no agency retainer, no inherited media list. You will be the first person in this role. That is a real opportunity if you want to build something, and the wrong fit if you need structure to get started.
