Lead the growth of our new organic food venture and bring clean food to Indian homes.
Today - organic food is either very expensive or hard to trust. We, at Satvic Movement want to solve this problem. We believe each family deserves chemical free food without having to struggle or pay a price that isn't sustainable. So we started Prakriti Project, to bring honest, organic food to people's homes - food they can trust. And we're looking for a leader who can scale it.
The scale you'll be part of
You work will help 1000's of families get access to food grown without chemicals and pesticides.
- Hiring and training a team - We are yet to establish a dedicated team for e-commerce and we need you to start the team building process
- Scaling the venture - Currently we are only in Bangalore, and are looking to expand to more cities
- New Product Development - Moving beyond groceries, into value added foods such as nut butters, healthy snacks etc
- Marketing and Awareness initiatives - Social media is the fastest way to reach the right people. We do not rely on paid marketing alone
- Managing the revenue and expenditure - You should have a tight grasp on the monthly PNL
- Basically, being an entrepreneur - taking care end to end of all responsibilities
- P.S. We won't hand you everything on day one; that wouldn't be fair to you or to us. Overtime, you will be expected to pick up all aspects of the role.
- You have been a founder yourself
- OR You've worked in the D2C space for at least 3 years and you understand how products actually get built, sold, and loved.
- You take ownership before anyone asks.
- You are looking for a 9-to-6 seat and a role where you wait to be told what to do.
- You don't really resonate with the Satvic lifestyle, and have never practiced any part of it
- You do not have an AI first mindset
