Head of Operations

As our e-commerce operations are expanding - both in terms of SKUS and daily orders, we need a leader - someone who can manage inventory, forecasting, stock, suppliers, and logistics, across every category we have. This person will also require strong interpersonal skills to build a team under them.

• Inventory accuracy — Keeping our stock live and accurate, so we always know exactly what we have and where.
• Demand forecasting — Predicting what we'll need a week, two weeks, and a month out, so we're never caught short and never sitting on dead stock.
• Logistics and cost — Keeping logistics costs down, and helping us make the bigger calls as we grow — like whether we need a second warehouse or should move to a hub-and-spoke model.
• Suppliers and vendors — Finding new suppliers, managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely payments.
• Daily Operations - Fixing any issues we face on the shop floor on a day to day basis

• You have at least 3 years in operations, with hands-on warehouse experience — ideally in a D2C business, so you already understand how online orders actually get fulfilled.
• You are great with spread sheets and make data driven decisions - forecasts, stock levels, costs.
• You are excellent at managing relationships — with suppliers, vendors and warehouse teams.
• You take ownership before anyone asks.

• You're looking for a desk-and-strategy seat where you delegate the doing. This role is hands-on, close to the warehouse, every day.
• You don't really resonate with the Satvic lifestyle, and have never practised any part of it.
