Order Packing Executive
Packing orders in our warehouse and ensuring we dispatch the correct products in a timely manner
This is hands-on work — on the warehouse floor, with the orders, making sure each order is correctly packed and delivered on time. We have products across multiple categories - books, skincare, organic grocery etc and you will be expected to use the right box for each order and pack it with care and love and ensure timely delivery. If you do your work well, you can grow in the role and even take on more responsibilities.
The scale you'll be part of
You (along with the team) will be responsible for dispatching around 2500 orders a month
- Packing — Every order packed correctly and carefully, and ready to go out.
- Dispatch — Every delivery actually leaving on time and reaching the community member.
- A smooth warehouse — Keeping the space organised so each day runs smoothly.
- Catching problems early — Low stock, a stuck delivery, anything that could let a customer down — you spot it and flag it before it becomes a problem.
- You have 1–3 years of hands-on warehouse or fulfilment experience, ideally in a D2C business
- You're reliable and good at detailed work
- You take pride in the small things — a well-packed order, a clean dispatch, a day where nothing slipped.
- You're happy on your feet and on the floor. This is practical, physical work, not a desk job.
- You're looking for a desk or admin job. You'll be on the floor, doing the work, every day.
- You don't really resonate with the Satvic lifestyle, and have never practised any part of it.
