Launch Satvic Kirtan Concerts from zero — build the events, grow the channel, and make kirtan cool for a whole new generation.
Kirtan has been part of the Satvic Movement's soul for years. Now we are ready to take it into the world — as a live, recurring community event in Bangalore, with its own brand, its own social media channel, and its own growing audience. Subah & Harsh, along with a select members from the Satvic team lead the kirtan. You build everything around it. The events, the content, the channel, the community — all of it starts with you, from zero.
The scale you'll be part of
Millions of people across India wake up and open Satvic Movement. This role brings them something they have never seen from us before.
- Find and book the right venues across Bangalore for kirtan events starting at 100 people and scaling toward 500 and beyond
- Promote every event across social media and manage the entire sign up and registration process
- Launch and grow a brand new dedicated Satvic Kirtan social media channel from scratch
- Shoot, and create reels and short form content that make people feel like they are missing out if they are not there (these should all be videos from the event itself)
- Capture footage at every event and turn it into content that grows the channel week after week
- Study what is working, bring monthly insights, and keep raising the bar on both the events and the content
- Kirtan genuinely moves you — you do not need to sing or play, but you feel it deeply
- You are love the world of video, content and social media
- You are a natural at bringing people together and making them feel like they belong somewhere special
- You have some real professional experience and know how to own something without being told what to do every day
- You have the mind of an owner. The idea of building something from absolute zero — no playbook, no template, no safety net — genuinely excites you
- You want to work from home in your pyjamas (this role is fully in person at our Devanahalli HQ — although once every few months, you are welcome to work from home for a week or two to spend time with your family)
- You need someone to tell you what to do every single day — this role has full ownership from day one
- You are looking for a super chill, low pressure, corporate "job"
- You do not really resonate with the Satvic lifestyle and have never practiced any part of it
- Kirtan is something you respect from a distance but have never genuinely felt — this role needs someone who is truly pulled by it
- Big events make you anxious rather than energised — you will be organising, promoting, and showing up for live gatherings every week or two
- You are the founding person behind an entirely new wing of Satvic Movement
- A clear path starting with intimate 100 person gatherings in Bangalore to kirtan concerts across India
- We will invest in the best content and social media training in the world for you — fully funded (so we can spread the word about it, far & wide)
- You work out of our beautiful headquarters near Bangalore airport with the full Satvic team around you
- Fresh, delicious Satvic meals every single day — cooked with love right here at HQ
We have wanted to do this for a long time. Kirtan has always been part of how we live — it is how we start our mornings, how we come back to ourselves, how we feel connected to something bigger. And we have always believed that if more people experienced it, really experienced it, it would change something in them. The hard part was never the kirtan itself. It was finding the right person to take it to the world. We are looking for someone who can build this from scratch and make it fly — without us holding their hand.
